On 60mg/daily, my sides are mainly dry skin, I use Eucerin urea and ceramides cream, get the cream not the lotion it's better, just apply it every time after u shower or wash your face, apply to body if body gets dry too, my arms sometimes get dry but not much.

Second one is nose bleeds, this one I personally didn't actually bleed, I would just have blood solidify in my nose, not enough to block my nose tho I could still breathe and stuff, but yeah. I used Salinex, fixed the issue, I haven't used it in like a month, issue hasnt came back, body adjusted I guess.

Some people experience hair shedding, but I hopped on minoxidil same time, didn't experience shit.

Sun sensitivity, I get darker easier, I don't use sunscreen tho, so just use sun screen if you care about that.

That's pretty much it.
