effects of stimulants on looks

Hello everyone, since it's finals season i've been loading up on adderall and ritalin for studying but I was just wondering if it has an effect on ur looks. I know they suppress your hunger but I also know that they increase cortisol so I was wondering if it would cause bloating or something like that. If it does, has anyone found a good way to mediate the effects of it?
