I’m supposedly going to have 4 teeth extracted (all of them are my first premolars) and i’ll be about 17/18 when they get extracted. Will this cause any recession/note able changes or am i old enough for my bones not to restructure?

Yeah you’ll lose surrounding teeth as well if remove one tooth.

never extract premolars, there is already a guide on this forum showing how removing them affects your jaws. NEVER EXTRACT PREMOLARS

at any age, you dont use it you lose it, bone resorption will happen. who is the subhuman dentist that said you needed them removed?

I have some removed when I was about 15-ish, still want to rope today cause of it. Please try to expand rather than extract.
