i just ate 16 eggs for

1144 Kcal
7.7 g carbs
79.7 g fats
99.2 g protein

nigga i could’ve eaten either thigh or breast and gotten 1.5-3x protein,

tbh fat is important but at that point just eat chicken thigh, fattier than breast and tastes 10x better too

more protein isn't better after a certain point. If you are an athlete you need like 130 grams of protein a day.

You got 99.2g of protein with 1144 kcal. Which means you still have another 1500 kcal to go for the day if you are maintaining weight as an athlete. You will get another 30 grams of protein in those 1500kcals easily and then you got all you need.
