Every few months someone posts a thread claiming they "ascended" when all they did was drop 10lbs of water weight, grow out their hair, and learn how to use fraud lighting.
If we're being completely honest, Ehren Klaus (Nordsmog) is still the only guy on here who pulled off a legit, complete biological rewrite. Most Before and Afters on this forum are cope, but his logs are the gold standard for a reason.
A few reasons why no one has touched his level since:
