I have a pretty bad flat maxilla which makes me disgusted to even look at from the side. It gives me those horrible nasolabial folds.
After a bit of research Ive concluded that, braces give no skeletal change, only change the teeth within the arch, facemask (reverse headgear) only gives a max of 3mm for consistent 12-16hr use and this leaves me with the only option-SURGERY.
But gues what: I DONT HAVE FUCKIN 40K LYING AROUND THAT I DONT NEED TO JUST GO AND GET A BIMAX.
There's no real solution, boyos. Honestly I'd just want to kill myself. Maybe I'll get a rhyno at one point to hide at least one problem and then lean out at my fullest potential.
DUDEEEEE, why is the fuckin life so unfair? Either accept its over, ldar below train racks or moneymaxx to afford hardmax.
