I strongly suspect that ejaculation raises prolactin and causes facial bloating. I’ve found that if I go a week without jerking off, my face gets leaner. If you’re already low body fat percentage and are wondering why your face is still bloated, try not busting a nut for a week and I predict you will see subtle but noticeable changes. I’ve heard it gets even better as you go longer, longest I’ve gone is a week but I definitely start noticing subtle changes in my face towards the end of that week. It makes sense from an evolutionary biology perspective. As you become more fertile from retaining your seed, your face subtly changes to signal to potential mates that you are fertile. Untrue, Prolactin spikes are for only a few minutes after ejaculation. It does not cause Facial bloating. Masturbation doesent activate Significant sodium/fluid retention. This isnt a sign to go and goon chronically, but it wont bloat you.
