Edging is the worst thing you can do.
Orgasm without ejaculation is a retrograde ejaculation where the semen gets redirected to your kidney I believe.
It gives me dark eye circles indicative of liver problems.
When I let it fly, when I purposely relapsed twice on PMO, I wake up and my dark eye circles go down immensely.
It makes you wonder why fructose is in our semen.
Fructose damages our liver. Therefore, I wonder if fructose in our semen as a detox mechanism.
It is also known that fructose increases libido.
Any animal that subsists on it in the wild is a train wreck sexually. Killer monkeys…
Unheated honey is ok because it’s already predigested. As for everything else, fructose does not belong in the human body.
No fructose consumption = no uneccessary need for ejaculation.
I do think semen retention is still better if you can avoid edging.
However I know most won’t be that strong…
