No wonder it's so safe and clean and nice

On happier abroad trlhey also say it's not american in culture but more mexican rather than mexican american so the women are nice and also it has hot weather year round

Nope it's literally 82% hispanic or latino. They just count most of these hispanic individuals as both white and hispanic. Only 11% of the population is white and non hispanic.
