Im getting class 2 elastics due to a slight chin recession i have a well projected maxilla my only weak point is my chin but im scared the elastics are gonna kill my maxilla which is my strong point

If my chin is recessed i can put my mandible forward right ?

But if you’re a dental class 2 you can benefit from braces. Maybe even better lips position at rest which mogs

Not getting braces i ve had them already im just adding some slots to my retainers to which i can put elastics on
