Elbow n shoulder pain (maybe tennis elbow?)

I am a gymcell purely at 16 and lift 6x a week this pain is causing me to not be able to lift for a considerable amount of days I think even up to 3-4 days which doesn't seem like a lot but to me that's so much days im missing and feel like im genuinely becoming sub5 cause lifting is the only thing that makes me feel like I can slide into Ltn status, anyway TDRL whats the fastest way you can fix shoulder and outside elbow pain

Holy cortisol overrun
 
If you ain't into peptides and stuff, look into eccentric exercises and "prehab". Also, lower your training frequency or find a better split so joints can have more rest.
