I am a gymcell purely at 16 and lift 6x a week this pain is causing me to not be able to lift for a considerable amount of days I think even up to 3-4 days which doesn't seem like a lot but to me that's so much days im missing and feel like im genuinely becoming sub5 cause lifting is the only thing that makes me feel like I can slide into Ltn status, anyway TDRL whats the fastest way you can fix shoulder and outside elbow pain
