Doomer incel learns you can be attractive, have a social life, and have hobbies at the same time

I don't understand how people find souls games/elden ring difficult. Granted i haven't played elden ring because i think it's pretty trash and repetitive from looking at gameplay but these games are not hard, the A.I mobs all have the same patterns of attack, once you learn that you can literally beat them with your eyes closed. If you are 50 turns in and still can't beat it, you are just playing on autopilot and not actually using your brain to try and overcome this boss. I've beaten the first 3 dark souls quite easily btw once i figured out it's all A.I repeated patterns of attack. Totally overrated game elden ring, i think dark souls original and 3 are better.

You realize that just because the bosses have patterns doesn’t mean you can memorize them in a few minutes. I probably havent even seen every attack it has since they are designed to have so many variants that you will get rare attacks which you don’t know the dodge and punish window for.

Also even when learning attacks there is so much more to it. Each boss can have hundreds of combinations of attacks which are chained together, and multiple attacks with near identical animations, you have to learn the dodge window, punish window, follow ups, ect for all the attacks. And that’s all assuming they behave predictably

You've tried him 50 times, that's not just a few minutes of game time buddy. Literal 90 IQ redditors have beaten it so don't give me those excuses. The hundreds of combinations don't mean shit because in reality it's still the same small skillset but just in different order. Not difficult at all.

You’ve obviously not played the game if you think the skill set is small. He has 3 phases with well over 10 unique moves chained in any order.

I’m aware 90iq redditors have beaten it and I will too, it’s just time consuming.

What’s your idea of a difficult game then

Games are not difficult, it's all preprogrammed A.I. once you learn the trick behind it, it's simple. I haven't played the game but i've seen gameplay and i have experience with souls games. Elden ring bosses aren't the first ones to have multiple phases, chained shit doesn't matter, once you know which move is coming, you just memorize the dodge pattern and do it. I could hop on right now and probably get it done in a few hours max and i've never even touched the game or know the controls yet.

I am also tired of repetetive and overused FromSoftware shit.

I liked older Dark Souls but tbh combat was always garbage in these games(except Sekiro), I was a big fan of Souls games but now I can't understand why these games were so overhyped.

Literally some early 2000s games have more complex, better and deeper combat system than souls games...

You could never do that shit, same intelligence and ideology as all those 90 iq redditors

They have super deep combat in terms of sheer variety (like 700+ weapons).

Sekiro is pretty fun but definitely one of the hardest just because of the skills needed to get perfect parries hundreds of times back to back

Not at all, you are just young and don't know anything, i've been playing games for 20 years and it's all the same shit.

Not a flex, you just don't know anything about anything yet act so confident as if you do. Grow up and stop playing video games for once.

The main issues with Elden Ring bosses is that they are playing Sekiro/Devil May Cry/Ninja Gaiden while you are playing the same Dark Souls 1 subhuman with dodge, hit and some ash of war.

All bullshit moves that were present in previous games have been amplified by 10 in DLC. Frame trap attacks, infinite stamina combos, one shot bullshit, hard to avoid grabs, bullshit aoe attacks, etc.

It's not hard to defeat boss once you learn it but you first have to go through trial and error which is very frustrating and unfun in this case.

And I really don't want to use spirit summons bro, spam ash of war behind the back bro, what's the point of that playstyle if you don't fundamentally engage and defeat the boss?

700+ weapons, millions of spells, ashes of war, incantations and it all basically boils down to just dodging an attack and pressing 1 button on openning.

Ass combat, compare it to any other serious hack and slash and it becomes ridiculous once the illusion of depth of souls games breaks.

I mean you don’t have to dodge, you can block or parry all you want but no one does

Idk I think the trial and error is fun bc it feels so good to finally win

I remember when I beat elden beast the first time at like 3 am (like 2 months after the game came out) I got so hype I put my controller into a wall

You can parry, it does require some practice indeed, but if you want to block, you need to spec your character for it otherwise your stamina gets eaten by utterly stupid combos that majority of bosses have in this game.

Yea and there are plenty of unblockable/unparyyable grab attacks that 1 shot and humiliate you but that’s how every game is
