long term, yes it will make it more expensive, since there's more demand so higher price
could be counteracted by inflation steadily going down, but since I doubt if she wins, she'll be reelected it'll look good for her since she can say ´´under me homes were more avaibile´´

what I do find good about her plans are her judiciary launches, basically laying out a short term more stable n thus more appealing housing markets for investors n money to flow into creating more homes, so less competition for individuals homes, again w inflation seeming to go down, I believe it has a good chance to wrok
