From what starting point? Do you want me to create an entire OS, manufacture the PCB and electrical components, 3D print the case & component holders?

I thought you meant solely electrical stuff like a building a battery, not stuff that requires expertise from multiple fields like mechanical, software, mechatronics etc.
The LCD screen is not a super complicated idea, you feed a white backlight through a filter controlled by a controller.
Smartphones & other smart devices have other components like vibration & level detection which are not strictly electrical, that’s not even mentioning the assembly of those components.
