Electronic stimulation of growth plates to reopen them?

Hi,

I have seen some people say that even past puberty you can mechanically reopen the growth plates. Is this actually possible or is it bs? Apparently with electronic stimulation of that area, people can slightly reopen growth plates and gain an inch of height.

No, Once the growth plates are closed, they cannot be reopened by electronic stimulation.

I dont really know anything about this but Im pretty sure it just decompresses your spine.
