Eligibility for MSE

If I ask my dentist for MSE at my next appointment, would they find me eligible, based on my palate?

I live in a country with free healthcare, but only if they conclude that I need it.

I do occasionally experience nasal breathing problems, and my tounge doesn’t fit completely on my palate.
