Ive been in the gym for like 6 months now, had like 3 months of break but am now back. I would say I have very good genetics and build a strong physique for that amount of time spend. Im wondering tho how good my genetics really are and what I should improve the most. I am also wondering, what elite genetics really are and what is bad about my genetics. Anyways heres a preview of my physique, hopefully somebody will help.
