I know I’m 4 days late to the anniversary but felt like dropping my thoughts anyway. Elliot Rodger wasn’t a bad person, just severely misunderstood. This nigga clearly had mental issues but nobody bothered to help him, classic failure of society.


Depending on the pics, he was a solid LMTN, it wasnt over for him at all. Wish he was still here with us. In 2014 he went out and took 7 with him because of brutal social rejection and hypergamy. Hypergamy wasn’t even at peak levels back then. Imagine being a 5’9 lmtn in 2026 dealing with nowaday foid standards + his mental shit on top it would’ve been way worse.

Of course I see a hyergamous bitch here and there and don’t think much of it but sometimes I see an abosloute sub human hypergafoid post some shit and the comments all support it and it makes me think there should be a group of people like ER that team up with Russian hackers that dox, torture, and kill those spawns of satan.

Yes he had severe mental problems but at the end of the day he just wanted love. If it wasnt for his mental problems he wouldve been a pimp. - His actual problem was his innate lack of social stimulation. To link this back with his parents - the divide between the two parties, his mothers side/ fathers side (including his stepmother) subverted much of the attention ER needed to actually understand how society works. He spent much of his time on WoW, and only found ways to interact with people online.

- I mention his online gaming because im under the opinion that games where you spend much of your time grinding alone, like single player story-mode games, or MMORPGs are only enjoyable for the validation of how progressed you are into the game. @Jason Voorhees im yet to finish my though piece on "the importance of validation" - however i can support the idea that these games arent truly fulling, in the sense someone could play these games by themself for years without needing to make others aware of their status. The part that is fulfilling when he makes others aware of his characters levels (for context, he had multiple high level accounts that he would spend hours maintaining daily).

- Why is validation important for ER? Someones life is governed by the attention garnered from their parents at stages were new things become apparent (i.e. adolescence, and teenhood). As mentioned before, the required attention ER needed was subverted into a rivalry between his two parental parties. AND to continue this, he received significant amounts of conflicting parental leniency from both sides. There's much nuance behind the conflicting parenting, boiling down to parents wanting to supersede rulings on the other persons behalf as an egotistical flex of dominance (this isnt much more constructive on his development into hating women).

- ER spent much of his time attempting to court a women, without actually looking at any of the prerequisites to do so. To give a general idea of what i mean, he needed to develop a personality that couldnt just easily be surmised as "sex women"

This includes doing stuff like:
*playing a sport or having a physical hobby
*having a group of friends
*understanding social nuances and how to deal with people

- for ER, the type of person who he would have to sympathize with - people who themselves spent hours wasting for some retarded status, arnt particularly successful people either. WHY is the source of validation important? some of my friends online are deadshits, but theyre my "deadshit friends", not people i do anything with except play video games. This distinction allows me to separate people that will further me in life, from thoese that will hinder me. ER needs to appeal to an audience of people that will foster his intended ideologies (i.e. better yourself to become more appealing to women).

- im not going to glorify the death of people for the sake of appealing edgy - but he was a very unfortunate case of people mistreating him.

- his self-deprecating nature exemplifies the lengths he would go to to get attention, even allowing himself to be the butt of his own jokes. Obviously he had two extremes, thinking of himself somewhat akin to a god, and otherwise made his faios apparent online - but im under the impression that both are examples of his attempt to gain attention at any means necessary (due to lack of parental validation, and peer validation - as stated above).

- ER was a self-fulfilling prophecy. Making his entire personality out as someone godly and self deprecating is entirely impossible for another person to sympathies with or want to associate with. the one thing he wanted - to be validated - was prohibited by his terrible facade he brought to society
