3 Ingredient Peanut butter cookies

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (347 Fahrenheit)
Whisk 2.5dl peanut butter, 2.5dl sugar and 1 egg in a large bowl. Roll ~9 balls to put onto a baking sheet. Flatten then using your hands and a fork to get them nice and even. Bake for 10-14 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and put a little more peanut butter on them.
