It wasnt made larger, it was brought forward with bimax, before it was hidden(retruded). She for sure had a over bite which was corrected.angles. in before she is looking up making her midface appear shorter, and in after she is looking down.
other than that her mandible was clearly made larger which will increase vertical height. unclear exactly what they did. they don't say what surgeries.
he does mention "correction of short face". which ill only say that in woman short face isn't nearly as big a problem as men. in her case she looks worse from front profile but better from side.

We are talking about vertical height. The mandible meaning the lower jaw never increased in vertical height. The maxilla did increase in vertical height but not the mandible.Th
