Pretty good post, would you separate being low inhib and nt? Because right now some I am high inhib to the point where some people question if I speak their language and I stutter allot which is seemingly a net detriment to my quality of life. How would I fix this unless with some form of exposure therapy which would likely go horribly since I am nd?
