Most people who claim to be "purely logical" are living a delusion.
Neuroscience proves that if you damage the emotional centers of the brain (the limbic system), you don't become a super genius, you become paralyzed. You cant even choose between two pens because “logic” alone has no preference.
Every "logical" decision you make is actually powered by a hidden emotional fuel. You use logic to justify the direction, but emotion is the engine that actually moves the car.
If you weren't emotional, you wouldn't have the drive to be right, the hunger for truth, or the fear of being wrong. Even the pursuit of cold facts is a deeply emotional obsession.
We arent thinking machines that feel; we are feeling machines that think. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just ‘logic’ maxxing to cope with their own lack of self awareness.
