Men tend to equate "emotions" with crying, pouting, whining, complaining, indecisiveness, revealing hurt fears and feelings, displaying vulnerability, and even loss of control and collectedness (anger, physical violence, tantrums).
From childhood to adulthood, men are taught about love in the context of romantic idealism and the pedestalisation of women.
Men desperately want to believe that some women out there will love him for who he is, just for being, and that she will adore him for just being himself. He expects her love for him will be unconditional.
This is a lie. Women simply do not love men this way.
Women just are.
It is men who must become.
The only female on the planet who is capable of loving you genuinely and unconditionally regardless of who you are, what you do - in spite of all your weaknesses and vulnerabilities is your own mother (assuming you were lucky enough to have a halfway decent and functional one, as a growing number of young men do not.) No matter how much you fuck up, typically your Mom will genuinely love you regardless.
However, the love you would receive from a girlfriend, fiancée or wife will never be unconditional.
It will always be predicated on your burden of performance, her hypergamy, opportunism and pragmatism.
Women therefore do not love men romantically.
They can't afford romantic love except for short-term breeding opportunity (aka fucking alphas)
A woman's love for a man is deeply rooted in pragmatism and opportunism for her security, protection, long term provisioning, as well as recruiting sufficient male parental investment.
Women are indeed capable of love - deep, genuine love and adoration for a man.
But her love is not rooted or anchored to who you actually ARE as a man.
Her love for you is instead rooted in her perception of your value to her - what you can provide for her reality. This is very real to her in her solipsistic world view. And if you no longer provide for that reality, she will decide accordingly.
Generally women will find displays of emotion by children to be endearing, or at the very least tolerable.
However, the same emotional behaviour in unrelated, adult males she will find sexually repellent.
