An acquaintance I know wanted a design-based job in STEM which allows him to do computer work but he failed the interview for that and is now a "graduate analyst". He was disappointed. Then he found out the majority of the design-based STEM jobs were given to women.

They shouldn't but I'd they're going to be truly non-discriminatory I guess it's inevitable.

The 'liberal' crowd which supports greater diversity include the LGBT crowd. By the general Muslim population, politically pro-LGBT groups might be our 'allies' until they try to publish gay propaganda in school. Same was true with Jeremy Corbyn who woulda got the 'Muslim vote' but he is super pro-LGBT too and very liberal on social issues.
