Curious about this as well. The only legal route would be to file for a custom import request through your psychiatrist. This would most likely need to be accompanied by a documented record of failed treatments with traditional treatments, other MAOIs and/or oral selegiline. The process might be pricey since it would most likely include several rounds of off-label treatment + several psychiatrist appointments + if you manage to get Emsam you might not be able to get it approved on health insurance.
