End of week 3 report on 500mg Test E/week: I randomly put 5kg on Squat&OHP out on nowhere today

I wanted to ask about psychological effects, but I think we know ;)

Was doing some squats and at last set (4th) I randomly put +5kg while also having stuffed nose because I am a bit sick (out of breath during set), and did 8 reps with 3-4 in the bank


I was like "the fuck?"

Then I did the same with OHP, on 3rd set I added +5kg than I normally do (mind you, I always do these till very near failure) and did 8 reps with 1-2 in the bank lmao



BUT YOU KNOW WHAT'S THE BEST THING? I AM NOT EVEN FUCKING EXHAUSTED AFTER THIS TRAINING JFL ROIDS ARE INSANE, I JUST DID VERY VERY HARD SQUAT DAY AND I FEEL MY ENERGY LEVELS DROPPED FROM 100% TO LIKE 70-75% THE FUCK? I DID SQUATS TILL NEAR FAILURE AND OHP TILL COMPLETE FAILURE
