Lost 3 kg. Pretty sure it was all natural as I was losing like 1.5-2 lbs per week which is pretty normal for what I was doing

I was eating well under 1800 calories per day with 30-45 minutes of cardio everyday or the threadmil

I felt every side effect imaginable. Worst was lethargy and dry throat. Heating and sweat sides weren’t that bad till I upped it 500 mg, then I started sweating a bad. Not damped in sweat tho or anything

Anyways I’ll just stick to GLP-1s from now on, fuck dnp

I literally felt all the side effects tho, it wasn’t even a placebo. No way my shit was bunked and dnp is ez and cheap to make

Im js gonna stick to natty cutting tbh or maybe add a glp-1

maybe some bodies react diff to it because I see people who get crazy results and then there is us who dont lose a molecule

but yea glp1s are a true cheatcode

Read this and you will understand how to use dnp correctly

DNP only works for some people man. People from this forum have similar experiences, and around bodybuilding forums they said the same shit, felt all the sides without any results.

I 100% felt all the side effects. Wasn't a placebo.

Also I dieted correctly too and did atleast 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday. I even upped my dosage for the last 5 days and starved myself to see if I was just counting my calories wrong and I still had normal results that I could've got without any drug usage.

Most people are guessing on what DNP does, truth is this drug barely has any research on it. It probably only works on like some people

From what i have heard, a lot of people have different results

I did a tiny bit of cardio, ate a little less and used 400mg dnp and i lost 10kg of fat in 1.5 months
