All you need is average to above average looks to succeed with women. The rest is personality. But you do need to have the minimum level of looks required, which pretty much everyone has anyway.
You read all this BS on this site about "ohhh girls ignore 95% of guys bruuu, if you're not 9/10 then it's over". That's complete nonsense. I have been told by many women that they think I am "good looking". Not your grandma saying chit like that, but actual real women. I have caught women staring at me, one time my friend's mum told him that she thinks I am attractive. My phuking dad's friend said that she thinks I am good looking in front of my parents and then it was awkard af. All these experiences while being A 5/10 IN LOOKS. Probably 4 /10 here.
Not saying all this to flex but to knock some sense into you. AND GUESS WHAT, I AM ALSO ETHNIC living in a western country. All these compliments were from mostly Caucasian women. I am light skin though, so I will put that in there.
If a 4-5/10 guy can get all this shit, then what is your excuse?
