ive seen it a million times especially among siblings. you have to remember genetics are a balance act between 2 different peoples genes. you get the same amount of chromosomes from each.

I have a sister who is very pale/white with green eyes that she was taxed heavily for that so she has kinky hair and a face that fits very well into the black phenotype. I am the darkest but I have the most European looking face , hazel eyes and the best quality hair.
