Endorphins hit me like a FUCKING TRUCK!

idk why but I respond to them so fucking greatly. Every time I lift I walk out hysterically laughing, sometimes mid set. Tried a new cardio routine today and I was standing there laughing my ass off like a retard it was so fucking fun. I came home and my parent asked “were you running from someone? Why are you laughing” when I got indoors because I was slightly giggling (obviously trying not to fully laugh, I don’t wanna look retarded) I love exercise so much.
