I truly need help I am addicted I can't stop drinking them.

Red bull is just so good and same with monster. It's not the energy or caffeine I need just the taste I can't get rid of my cravings.

I spend so much money on them as well its like $4 for a can but I usually get them in bundles but even then it's damn unhealthy with the excessive sugar and caffeine

Drink sugar-free version first off. Second. Only have them if you are doing something productive. So not to just sit around to browse the org or internet. Have them before a workout, or before a study session. Sometimes I have them at work or afterward as a "reward" for getting through it.

Then just slowly back off. To one a day (if you are at more then one). Then every other day. Etc. You just have to keep yourself accountable and if you can't then you are subhuman and no one here can help you.
