I drink an energy drink like twice a week max if I’m working on some projects and stuff and while I enjoy the taste of some they make me run to the bathroom to take a shit literally 10 mins after drinking one.
Coffee still mogs, energy drinks are a pretty terrible invention, just more appealing to the youth cuz of wild colors on packaging and a fuck ton of sugar and terrible for your health.
