Tldr: eat less protein and more fat+carbs if you want to be energetic.
remember…energy is derived from the two macronutrients known as fat and carbohydrates. That’s what our body metabolizes for energy…niggas who focus on protien and eat high protien diets are fucking retarded. All that does is lead to disbiosis. Protien is the HARDEST macro to digest…even in its raw form.
Protien are building blocks, not fuel. Should account for 1/3rd of your total “calories”
Split ur fat and carb macros however you feel best. Though carbs are easier to digest from a physiologic standpoint, they are destitute of nutrition. More people will benefit from metabolizing mostly fat rather carbs.
The best of both worlds would be to just mix them. DNR Randle cyclecels…different parts of your body can metabolize either carbs or fats at any needed time…you would only gain fat if your not burning energy. So yeah…if you’re sitting in bed all day, you wouldn’t need much energy indicated food anyways.
Also don’t worry about glycation. Only a problem when your carb sources come from cooked/destroyed foods.
best combos:
Milk + honey, milk + sugar, ice cream, cream + tomato/carrot juice, starch + butter, rice + yogurt
Food quality matters as much as the macro splits. All food should ideally be minimally processed, 100 percent grass fed finished, RAW, a2.
if your eating your meat raw then this approach would be perfect for you. Normies tend to overeat meat amount to compensate for the shit quality and cooking processes.
