Who does not know that? You come home after a hard day of work and all you really want to do is lie on a sofa and watch TV and play video games. But you still have so many things to do, but you just run out of energy.
What can we do? Many top managers and politicians work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, with high concentration and lots of energy. You never hear that a politician has had a burnout, but you keep hearing it from people with a normal 9 to 5 jobs. Which drugs do they take? Cocaine, everyone knows that. However, there need to be other options.

That's cause they aren't really working, there are other who do the hard work, organize everything, write their speeches, etc.
