In Finance and Tech in the US yes. Mostly Jews,Asians and curries. Whites are more common in mid level and sometimes upper management. Most of upper management is jews. Curries and Asians only go as far L7 Engineers(~800k-1 mill per year) and don't move into a management but once in a while you have someone like Sundar Pichai or Jensen Huang who goes into CXO.

As an engineer I can confirm it’s low IQ autist work and you do 8 hours a week of actual work. Which as a lazy LDAR incel is fine tbh.

It's the same story in most tech jobs. You just LDAR for most of the day and do actual work for like 2-3 hours maybe. Also minimal social interaction with people outside of a handful of coworkers and your manager. Ideal for an autist.

Unfortunately on the non-WFH days I’m tortured with open plan office so despite not speaking to anyone, it still heavily drains my energy to be around people as an introvert/autist.

Tbh most of the other engineers are normies, only mildly autistic in the repeating memes way, not the near inability to function socially way that I have.
