Last year of high school and I want to major in engineering (not sure which one yet) but I heard it is a bunch of math. Any math haters that chose to major in engineering and are still doing fine?

If u are planning to get a stable long term job get in civil engineering thats all bhai.

That’s what i was thinking as well couple years back, but i hate math. I pass every math class but it just sucks. Just wondering if anyone has the same experience and is majoring in engineering while they also don’t really like math

Bad news.

You will have to take up to calculus III or IV, Diff equations, and linear alg, in pure math as well as countless physics classes

Have you taken Calc I yet?

doing calc this year, took pre calc last year
