It's beyond pathetic. These are working-class people deprived in every area of life. Their only cope is watching a bunch of multi-millionaire, pampered footballers kick a ball around. They are that emotionally invested in something that will not impact their miserable lives one little bit.

No ambition, no expectations and no purpose. A bunch of sheep that can't rationalise acting like savages.
