Enhance blood flow for red undertones?

Gonna start taking L-Arginine & L-Carnitine for increased blood flow, hopefully it makes me more red. Has anyone seen any differences after taking it?

Need to up my nitric oxide levels so my vessels start vasodilating more, I think my face has small ahh veins because ive been taking lycopene and although it works, its not as effective as some other people's on this site.
