Hair I think you can get away with more as long as it's not albino blonde but requirements are

• Light eyes (usually green or blue)
• Light tan skin (don't look like a basement dweller)
• Dark eyebrows (doesn't need to be jet black but enough to see them well)
• Lips also don't matter as much but make sure they aren't really pale or really red.

for whites tan look good
