Enlarged Pores need help

I pretty much have a similar case as in the picture but on my nose as well. This has just happened recently and i am not sure what to do because everything i try doesn't work. Other than what i have tried the only skincare i use is beef tallow, i have heard people say it can lead to open and large pores but i have used it for 2 years not and i just started having this problem. Please help

beef tallow is highly comedogenic (pore-clogging). get some topical retenoid or use accutane and if you want to moisturize use a fucking normal one with hydrating humectants ( glycerin, hyaluronic acid) and ceramides/lipids

Only fucking thing that works for me, i have really bad eczema and my whole face would flake up and beef tallow literally cured me.

personally tret, pantothenic acid and vitamin E helped me alot, or epioduo or iso are great options

Accutane shrinks pores, beef tallow is complete and utter bullshit.
