Enlighten me about direct browplasty

I've seen it mentioned a few times as a procedure to change eyebrow tilt/shape and some people claimed it could even make them lower-set. If I look up "direct browplasty" online though (cosmetic surgery forums, plastic surgeons' homepages, studies, surgery records etc.), I only see it being used to elevate the eyebrows and never to lower them.

Has direct browplasty ever actually been used in a reverse brow lift kind of way or are these claims just theoretical blah blah?

Are your eyes deep set. Orbitals decompression brought my eyebrows a bit down. If your orbits are deep set then you wanna have a get a heavy brow ridge with vert augmentation over the iris with no lifting effect on the soft tissue. Reverse of what foids do when they lift up their brow ridge.

My eyes are deep-set, yes. I don't want brow ridge implants/filler. What about direct browplasty? I want to know more about this procedure, not other options. I know it's used to elevate the brows but does it also work the other way around?

Report: Guy buys a new face from Eppley and is extremely happy with the result. (jaw, infraorbital, cheekbones, brow bone implants)

Found this lifefuel. Especially the brow implant. He was aware those are usually shit but is happy with his and thinks Eppley improved greatly since he started doing them. It also goes against the old lookism wisdom that infraorbital implants do fuck all - they clearly helped him a ton.
