As you can tell by my frauding beard, I have a shit lower third. What are the best surgeries?
-Are there different kinds of genioplasty
- can you change ramus length
-if you dont have malocclusion is double jaw cope
-are jaw implants uncanny irl when they arent angle frauded by Eppley in his insta
-what would be ideal for the average subhuman who has no over/underbite but just a small lower third and short ramus

Chin wing if you have trash angle, but it will round your gonial so you need to pair it up with implant.

Sliding genioplasty can increase both horisontal and vertical projection, although often not by extreme amounts. People with really receeding chins often do both genio and implant together for max projection.

Honestly man, if you have a bite that doesn't fit go see an orthodontist.
