I'm so sick an tired of retards on tiktok and instagram talking about this shit
"Oh bro I'm just going to 1k deficit and ill be 10-12% in 6 weeks"
NO UR FUCKIN NOT. BFFR with everyone and most important WITH YOURSELF. If you even you manage to stick to 1k deficit for more than a couple of weeks you're going to immediately fuck up your appetite, hormones, sex drive, relationship with food. You got lean but guess what the fuck is going to happen in the next couple weeks/months.
You're going to gorge your fucking mouth with so much food you wont even realize you binged 4k calories. You simply cannot beat biology. Grehlin (I feel hungry) will be through the roof and leptin (my stomach is satisfied) will be nonexistent.
"But im on reta and I wont be hungry"
Okay you can take reta or GLP and starve yourself that way. And it may work. But now what? You're just going keep being dependent on another thing as long as you want to stay lean when you could have just done it through a moderate and disciplined approach.
WTF Do I do then?
Food:
Eat High protein and try to keep your diet 90% whole foods you will be satiated naturally and eat less calories.
Goyslop: minimize that shit if you eat mostly whole foods consistenly you will feel good and wont want to eat it as much.
Deficit:
10-13% body fat: 0.3-0.5lb a week
14-18% bodyfat 0.5-0.75lb a week
18%+ you can get away with being in a little more aggresive of a deficit but dont be a retard.
Activity:
Walking/Higher Step count is ELITE S TIER. Start at 8k steps Minimum per day
Slowly increase from there to drive a bigger deficit to stay in those deficit ranges i mentioned earlier.
Zone 2 Cardio also good. Work your way up slowly to 90 minutes per week
Lifting: dont neglect it or you start looking like twink.
