I will no longer be leaving the house at a height where i will be permamogged daily for years like i have been.
My new height frauding routine:
-Deadhangs for 5 x 60 second intervals + a quick posture correction (This gives me an inch in height as it fixes neck kyphorsis + anterior pelvic tilt + spine decompression - usually lasts x amount of hours)
-Socks in my shoes (1-2 inches of height depending on how many socks i fit in my shoes - (thank you clavicular for this normie method i just saw on twitter, if you ever need to take your shoes off, you can just put the extra socks on your feet)
Barefoot afternoon height: 174/5'8.5
1.5 inches from Airmax shoes, 1 inch from deadhangs (this lasts for quite a few hours and if you're still outside after 5-6 hours, you can just find a random pole or whatever and just do a deadhang real quick for 60 seconds and decompress your spine again) and ofcourse 1 - 2 inches from socks
Height after fraud: 5'11.5 - 6'0 (depending on sock compression/how many socks you put in shoes)
Never again will i be heightmogged by 5'9 or 5'10 foids, NEVER!
Very low maintenance routine, literally takes 3-5 minutes before you leave the house and the socks are already in, you can reduce it to 2-3 minutes with the dead hangs aswell.
My advice to fellow 5'7 - 5'9 manlets. Do it and experience life in a completely different view! Your confidence will sky rocket once you do it. Every inch between 5'7 - 5'11 matters, simply frauding even 2.5 - 3 inches is huge. The 5'7 - 5'11 range is the range of death, your life gains massive improvements every inch you go up.
Common excuse: B-BUT JohnDoe Sama, what will happen when you take your shoes off once you bring a foid back to your place, literally doesn't matter. Once she's on your bed and on her back, it doesn't matter if you take your shoes off. Once you've fucked her, she will come back to you on her own, she won't care if you were frauding. Even if she doesn't, you've already gotten what you wanted out of her.
