I'm 25, never had the feeling I was mouth breathing during my youth but now my jaw is kinda recessed in adulthood,

have had a mildly clogged nose for about three years now (undiagnosed allergies maybe), using nasal spray for it,

now I'm autistic about it as I want to make sure I'm not fucking up breahting at night,

is there anything other than the following we can do to ensure proper breathing at night:

- Nasal sprays if stuffy nose
- Mouth taping at night
- Jaw straps (?)
- Getting checked for obstructive sleep apnea, if yes then get CPAP machine.

others?

Thanks.

this “tape over mouth” thing is cold hardened proof that mike mew is an autist

people’s airways are not gonna magically improve over night, so fucking covering your mouth is literally just gonna disrupt your sleep

expanding more over orthognathic surgery is actually mind blowing how that whole community is so fucking bizarre

High IQ, you need to address the root of the problem first

what sprays do you use? Corticosteroids? Xylitol. Saline water?

Thanks.
