Its true they date out or so to say ons out the most with other races but they are like every other race ltring their own.

Those are inherent. I hypothesize that black men struggle (at a similar level as other ethnics) in modern societies due to their lower IQ and violent tendencies (both genetic, and not as prevalently sexually selected in more stable societies), despite having more masculine, sexual dimorphism than other races.

It’s true that among all races, blacks have the hardest time LTR-ing other race girls who are not ratchet, usually. Due to the same stereotypes. It’s a double edged sword.
