Entinostat Dosage

Vstat is used at much lower doses then studies (obviously we’re not using it for the same reasons) I’m going to use entinostat just not sure on dosage or cycle length as it has a longer half life and much different dosing style any help? Going to be using this alongside teriparatide 40mcg and hgh 8iu

It’s cheaper then vorinostat, researched a bit came to the conclusion 3-4mg 3-4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Get from adooq you may need to larp as a medical company of some sort and it seems it’s better then Vstat as its class 1 specific instead of pan hdaci so less cons. It’s gonna be around 120 usd for a year supply

Nein, HDAC regulates genetic expression by suppressing genes.

With HDACi, We are temporarily un-suppressing our genes, then signaling masculine growth through androgens and GH. Theoretically, we will get more out of our doses by allowing these genes to "breathe" and then triggering the necessary pathways for growth.

This is not androgen specific, think of HDACi as a kind of megaphone

Vorinostat is better than entinostat. Entinostat does drive androgen expression but because its not a PAN (pan meaning all) HDACi it doesn't target the class of HDACs that deal with bones.

Chronic use of pan HDACis is linked with bone wasting. Keyword being chronic. Short term (maybe 3-5) days is pro osteogenic. It enhances bone growth, it doesn't impede it.

Gene expression is only upregulated for 24-48hours post vstat, so how do we get permanent results? We drive a pro anabolic epigenetic program during the 24-48 hours.

Androgens, exercise, maybe pro-bone growth drugs PTH, GH, etc. The genes then LOCK IN a new "more anabolic," expression pattern and the genetic effects persist even when the DNA re-tightens, meaning longterm or even permanent pro androgenic change.

if you use Estat, the genes will have a pro androgenic bias but lack the pro osteogenic bias. I am pretty sure Estat is more effective than Vstat specifically for androgens though.
