People with the genetic potential to be extremely goodlooking, take the usual examples of Chico, Gandy, O'pry etc, are much more prone to growing wrong as opposed to someone with a less extreme, but still relatively attractive face. The more potential one has the more perfect one's environment has to be to achieve that potential. Take some random subhuman from the slums of Mumbai and give him the perfect environment growing up, he is still going to be subhuman, environment can't positively affect people as much if they don't already have the potential to begin with. Now take one of my earlier examples, Chico for instance; if he had grown up in the slums of Mumbai as a child you can bet that he would have turned out a high-tier normie at best, not the psl 8 gigamogger that he is known as today. So my theory is this: environment gets exponentially more important the more genetic potential one has.
