So what these pictures are is two different pictures of korean guys, could be from anywhere in the country, rural, urban, north or south. Who knows what branch these guys are in at the top, could be something that requires more training. The only connection between these two pictures is that they are young korean men. The guys at the top could be from some farm village where everyone grows huge muscles and the guys at the bottom could be from a completely unfit and unhealthy population in downtown seoul who spends time on a computer and gets no physical exercise and eats take out and drinks soda

Yes environment has an effect but two random pictures dont really show anything. A better example would be to look at north and south koreans because they are from almost identical gene pools but from a completely different environment.
