how much does quality/length of sleep and constant blue light exposure actually have on lower lid tightness?

anybody got anecdotes on this?

I think it does have some impact, try using your phone for about 1 hour only and before sunset, try to limit artificial light after sunset, and go to sleep early, i had good improvent personally only did it once tho imagine if you do this everyday

yeah that’s what i’m assuming. u can’t tell me my croninically online phone addicted ass and getting not ideal sleep isn’t having an effect on that lower lid. it’s prob my biggest flaw as well. even my mother mentioned yesterday how i have “almond shaped eyes” while others my lower lid droops.

Some tolerate it better than others, chad is an example, we are not chad tho try doing what i said for only a day or two and show results i had instant improvent

will do. i just bought blue light glasses the other day that i’ll start wearing around the house before bed
